Data Capture and Conversion Services
Includes the capture, update and maintenance of spatial layers from base backdrop data as well as the conversion of data formats.

Land Audits and Municipal Property Registers
Includes the compilation of a spatial representation of all properties registered in the Deeds Office from the approved survey layer.

This process consists of approved survey layers, received directly from the Surveyor General or on behalf of the client, being either local or district municipalities are assessed and thereafter updated to a date stamped period of completeness, by survey compliant capture processes, to accuracy levels as requested. This layer forms the profile against which ownership data is ordered from the Registrar of Deeds. Each approved property is related to the ownership by further investigating Surveyor General diagrams.
