e-Valuations is a newly formed BEE Property Valuation, Consulting and Development Company.
e-Valuations was formed as a joint venture between PDS - a property valuation company, Data World - an ICT/GIS company and BFI - a project management and property development company. These companies coming together form one entity - a one stop shop, for Property Valuation, Consulting and Development in South Africa.

e-Valuations is a young, ambitious company managed by energetic professionals with expertise in the Property Valuation, Consulting, Development and Project Management. The company was formed in anticipation of the Property Rates Act, through the realisation of the need to understand a client's business in order to fully understand and assist with their requirements, which would ensure personalised and professional service.

Services include:

The valuation of all immovable property in terms of the Property Rates Act, within the defined municipal boundaries;
Interim Valuations of all property within the Municipality for the contract period;
the valuing of properties for rates clearance certificate purposes;
the provision of one bound hard copy of the updated valuation roll and also in electronic form on request;
the processing of any Valuation Appeals;
integration with Deeds Office;
Preparation of property registers (GIS based)
Mapping and data analysis
Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) and Automated Valuation Modelling (AVM)
